Fruity Thai-NL x SK#1-Blue Cheese

This grow is mostly Blue Cheese.I have one Fruity Thai and one NL x SK#1.They were started from seed,the Blue Cheese is cloned.The seeds are from Ceres Seeds.

I did a diary on the Blue Cheese before,its in my sig.So I will concentrate on the Fruity Thai and NL.I could find very little info regarding any Fruity Thai grows so that is why I am doing this diary with one plant.While in Amsterdam I went into the Hempshopper store.A great store with seeds from many breeders for sale.I started talking with a very knowledgable(and very cute too)sales girl.She asked me what i was looking for in a plant.I said that I wanted it all.Indica/sativa hybrid with a high that has the best of both,great taste and a good yielder.Her suggestion was Fruity Thai.So I have high hopes that this will be at least decent smoke.Only time will tell.Now some pics.

I have been busy so this is a weak diary,but here are a few pics anyway.Fruity thai is a fast grower,tall.I now have two fruity thai plants.A seedling was stunted and barely growing.It has now taken off like a rocket.I will have pics of that next time.1 st pic is fruity thai

That's the Hempshopper store near the main rail station? I think I know that gal you're talking about. About 5'6-5'8".....late 20's, early 30's......really short but attractive brunette hair. Feline looking disposition.....penetrating eyes....thin....but not too thin. Just enough meat to meet demand.
I was there...and distracted by her also....LOL. I was looking for that exact strain: Fruity Thai. I had only heard about it in Ed Rosenthal's Big Book of Buds (I think volume 3). It's some sort of cup winner I believe.
Disappointingly...it was the one damn strain they didn't have that I wanted.

My wife was totally put off by that chick. She was tuned into the "come hither" vibe....and when she started putting the sales whamma-jamma on her for some "hemp sneakers" my wife put the kibosh on the whole thing. She told me she was being excessively flirty. Might have been because I came in loaded for bear with a list the size of a telephone book of seeds I had come for. She must have smelled my Euros. LOL.

Anyway, I'm pulling up a chair to watch this thread flesh out. I'd love to see how it turns out....good luck. Nice pictures so far.

Thanks everybody,have been busy with work so the plants don't get the time.Only positive about working alot is the money.So I bought some new equipment.

I had some problems with heat.the lights I was using are also old.15+ years.Anyway here are some shots.

Yeah, I was there at the end of Feb. to the first week of March. That chick reminded me of like a classic European "vampire"......she was all skinny, slinky and had remarkable hypnotic unblinking eyes. The really short hair made her look contemporary. She practically lept across the counter and into my money belt when I pulled out a wad of Euros to pay. What could be better: some "hot to trot" seed-selling, dope smoking little chicky...that's turned on by cash (LOL).
I would LOVE to go back soon, but it took moving mountains to get it in my schedule. My wife had a better time than I expected....she shocked me by saying "she wouldn't mind living there someday". So we've decided to periodically block out time to travel there. I wouldn't go during the cup...that's like going to New Orleans during Mardi Gras....I'd rather go to New Orleans during Jazz Festival....much mellower crowd.
I wouldn't mind going for an IC mag cup....would probably be the best time to hit it again.
