from veg to reveg?

Hi ive got a small veg area, and ive noticed some of my lil pots are turning from 5 finger leaf to 3 leaf , some down to 1 leaf?
No light leaks as far as i can tell, so im not sure what im doing wrong?

can root bound create issues of reveg looking leafs, or is it deffo a light leak?

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

What size pots and how long have they been in there? I've got a whiner of a strain that throws threes and ones if anything stresses her, especially root binding.

Hi m8, thanks for the response.

I think its a 1litre pot. Ive been keeping in these pots for atleast 4 weeks now, as i havent got the height to repot them just now. veg area is really small. Ive made them into mini bushes so theres lots of leafs and healthy thick branches like a bonsai. Colour of leaf is fine, just found it strange that they would go to single leafs.

Im still learning how to grow, so i didnt know this was possible due to limiting root space. so hopefully its my own error stressing them , rather than a light leak?

My veg area is really small, so i cant really check if any light leaks by going inside. I think its sealed ok.

Im hoping its my mistake of keeping the plants rootbound for too long.

hi there m8, thanks for chiming in.

Light cycle is 20 hours on, 4 hours off.
Cant see any white hairs. looks like normal growth that id see in veg.
Over last few weeks, temps have got a bit high. up to 30-35degreesC. Plants are still lush green , just not forming 5leaf fingers.

I will repot them in the next week, fingers crossed that helps/fixes them.

He was expressing doubt. Light leaks aren't the issue in veg as they are in flower.

ah, i get ya now.
sorry, had no idea. just was told to make sure dark periods dont have light leaks. Still learning how to do this whole grow thing. thought it was critical in flower and also in veg.
