I dunno, cops are here to sweep up, who knows if anything will even happen. Then the girl is sometimes treated like a criminal, constant questions, and reliving the horror. Even though she was not awake, just going over and over the night in her memory, and the thoughts streaming in her brain.

In this situation I think I would go with my own methods of vigilante justice, and others mentioned here, and still those methods are light in comparison to what he did. Someone like this deserved a horrible painful death. There is no help for these rapists, they're monsters. They can't be changed, or reprogrammed. They're defective and need to be put down.

If it had happened to a friend of mine, or worse yet a girlfriend now. I would kill the man, take him to my shack up north in the bushes, and he would die.

A woman says no, and it's no. You slip her some garbage to have sex with a warm corpse basically. It's basically necrophilia. Just sick.

Just a point, it didn't have to be a drug...

These 1 million volt personal defense devices the size of a pack of cigarettes will knock a 600 lb person out flat and the person will never know what hit them and have no memory of the event. And they can be used over and over as the individual begins to wake up. The bummer is that while these are to be used for personal protection, they are unweildy, and I know of several cases where the victim had his or her shocker used against his or her self, in an effort to turn the thing "on" and get it pointed in the right direction.

One guy I know had gone to what he thought was a relatively safe private casino in Houston for some no limit hold 'em at very low stakes $1/2 blinds.... he pissed off some guy after he won a hand around $350 and when he went to the bathroom, the loser shocked him and he and his friend to carried him out to the car saying he was drunk. They kept him in a room naked for three days taking obscene photos and then much later tried to black mail him with them. It ruined his engagement, and for a while he didn't know what was going on because he woke up in his car at the casino without knowing anything. They would follow him around after the fact, like to hardware stores or the grocery store, and show a couple of the most disturbing pictures to unsuspecting customers while he was shopping, completely unaware of what they were doing. After several weeks of doing that, they started trying the blackmail thing, and then he caught on, but he couldn't go to the cops because there was no proof, only his word against theirs. He did go get a concealed handgun license however....

Just a point, if someone is criminally insane and a predator, there is little a person can do, and it doesn't have to be drugs. In fact drugs are relatively more expensive than the shocker. I watched one guy get taken down at a bar when a bouncer grabbed his neck, not as strangulation and cutting off the air supply to the lungs, but by cutting off the blood supply at the carotid artery by squeezing the sides of the neck. Not a mark on that guy when they carried him out.

In the scenario that started this thread, a rape kit should have been taken asap. A lawyer hired, and then a trip to the cops to start charges. In my experience, even if you are the victim-- no , ESPECIALLY if you are the victim, take a lawyer every time you talk to the cops, because you'll hire one anyway if it goes to trial and the lawyer knows exactly what to say to the cops, and the cops take your lawyer seriously, even if they don't take you seriously. And the lawyer can insure that the victims privacy/grow is never brought up in actualoty or legally...

Guys id like to apologize i was really STONED and now that I look at that it makes me feel idiotic.. sorry to everyone thats pissed at what I said.
