Turn the guy in. Get him in as much trouble as possible.
Rape is (in my opinion) the worst thing you can do to a person.
I know a girl who when she was 14 got grabbed from behind in a dark alleyway, stabbed with a needle and the guy injected her with something that made her legs compleatly useless, had the needle held up to her throat and told 'if you scream, I'll ****ing kill you' and raped. The police have never found the guy and it has compleatly ruined the girls life. She is suffering flashbacks still to this day and still feels even suicidal. She breaks down crying regularly and the police have pretty much given up in finding the guy who did it after a few years of looking.
Tell your friend that she is one of the lucky rape victims. She knows who did it and she should take the oppertunity to turn the guy in. It would be selfish not to turn him in, because if she doesn't then there is a good chance he will do it again and again.

Also, feel at ease after turning him in. Because many would say there is no honor among theives (people in jail). Well rape, along with child molestation and the sort are frowned upon in jail. Many people in jail have been raped, and/or abused, and they love to get their hands on a rapists, and take it all out on them.

I've witnessed 4 bikers in jail (super max), they were pulled out of their cells and put into a large holding cage, giants they were. It's basically a concrete room, with a thick steel door, and a tiny peep hole. The cells are used when processing prisoners either out or incoming. I was at this jail on business, and a guard happened to mention to me about a new arrival, and if I wanted to witness justice. The arrival being a guy who stole a little girl from her bed when she was sleeping at night, raped her repeatedly, held her for ransom, and then killed her. This guy was thrown in with these bikers on purpose. He got the shit kicked out of him, I was there an hour myself, and he was still getting his when I left. This is what happens to rapists in jail, among other things of course.

If I remember correctly he raped about 17 people including his cousin, and told people that if anyone tryed anything with him in jail they don't know what they're up against. Anyway the video started with them taunting him, beating him up etc... It skipped the bit where they raped him with a broom and went straight to the beheading with a spoon or something, and it ended just before the football match with his head. Thats what I call prison justice, although unfortunatly they can't bring him back to life to do it another 16 times for the 16 other victims whos life hes ruined.

Oh wow, that's horrible. At worst (depending on where you live), they'll make a big deal about how marijuana was the cause of her inability to function and resist rape and, consequently, the rape itself. That, however, is trivial compared to the fact that she was raped. I hope that asshole gets locked up and gets a nice, warm, and definitely HARD welcome from his fellow inmates. I'm the same usually. I think the reason that I don't like watching those videos is because I have a great deal of empathy for people and I like to see people happy , and the people in those videos are usually innocent, but in Poccateras case he was a murderer and a rapist, so I didn't empathise with him at all and just smiled all the way through.

If you're wanting to deal with this, or have it dealt with and not by the police.
I suggest this: firstly catch said rapist. Baseball bat in hand, you must pulverize both knees, he will be in a wheel chair from then on. Then Carve "Rapist" on his forehead with a knife, I would suggest more than one stroke for each letter carved, really embed that word. Aswell carved 4 lines on each cheek going down, signifying the 4 fingers of said victim.

Or do what a friend of mine did to a guy who tryed to rape his girlfriend.
Punch him in the face a few times to get him down, then get a line of people and one at a time kick him in the balls, go to the back of the line and the next person kick him in the balls. If someone feels the need to they may also want to break a few ribs.
The guy who my friends beat up ended up with around 5 broken ribs, a broken nose and compleatly destroyed testiclé. He was out of hospital in 2 or 3 weeks, and I've never heard of him doing anything like it again. The police said it was self defence and if the guy trys to press charges they will get away with it and the guy will probably be charged with attempted rape.
