My buddy just stopped by for a trade:
1 g Jack Herer for 10 lbs of freshly caught (yesterday) sushi/sashimi grade yellowfin tuna. He stops by and smokes pretty regularly so the gram was more of a favor than anything. This stuff is delicious, so far I've made:
Pan seared tuna
Beer Battered Flash Fried Tuna bites (raw fish inside batter)
I've also been cutting random cubes off and eating them as the day goes along.
