Franken Soil

Anyone out there got a method of renewing old soil, i have some soil that was used about 2-3 times and i let it dry out wen i took a break so all the microbes died. I tried using the heisenburge tea but didnt work in these pics u can see where new soil was used. BTW I do have new soil and have the money to buy more im just seeing if there is a way to recharge this old soil just for the experience/experiment thats all its nothing thats needed. Any help is much appreciated the old soil is from

Not all the microbes have died.
Some go into a type of stasis until environmental conditions are more favorable.

I'd think that a biologically active tea drench would do the trick.

R U talken about something like the heisenberg tea or that recharge stuff?
 
You can always mix it in with fresh soil as well, maybe a 75% new, 25% old split, if you have the cash, as long as you have a place to keep your work up and going the microbes from the new soil will grow into the old soil.
