is the fox farm feeding schedule reliable? would it be wise to use it? or is it over kill

Start with 1/2 (or a quarter strength for seedlings) and work you way up.
I've never felt that it's necessary to use more than 3/4 of the suggested amount using grow big, big bloom, or tiger bloom (esp. grow big and tiger bloom).

A lot of people seem to think that more is better with nutes...but i believe that its better to just watch the plant and make sure your giving it enough to thrive, but not so much that your stressing it out.

I know some kids that use it,love it,swear by it and get decent results.Although except for the Big Bloom none of their stuff liquid wise is at all organic.This is the organic soil portion of the forums is it not.Not really anyones fault those guys advertise it as organic its in all the organic sections in the hydro catalogs when it is in fact organic based.Still contains heavy metals similar to that in Miracle Grow,I use the Grow Big and tiger Bloom......on my house plants..LOL!!Just givn you crap,really its okay stuff I just wouldnt use it.Their charts are good.I wouldnt use em on a pure sativa or anything but hybrids and pure indicas will do fine.Just hope you see the organic light soon and make the switch to somthing pure,Too many WAY better ferts on the market.I dont get why SOOO many people use the stuff,oh yeh Its that cheap price tag.LOL!!Peace Bruda,Good Luck!!Gromerr Pott!!

Yeah seriously man....you didn't even answer the question.

Anyway, i got decent results with foxfarm, although i like pure blend pro better since it was more forgiving.

But of course that not organic enough for you either is it gromer. Sadly i'm not full of enough shit to personally fertilize my own plants....but mabye you can help me out....you seem to have enough to share with everyone on the boards.
I respect your opinion and think your a good grower...just don't be a dick alright.

HmmmI beleive the question was is the fox farm feeding schedule reliable.HmmmI said their charts are good.Sound like a pretty clear answer to me.Even went into detail about whether or not it was safe for pure sativas or not,Hmm sounds like pretty useful info to me.Just because I dont use it doesnt mean Its not good.Just because I use it on my houseplants doesnt mean its bad either I take my houseplant growing quite seriously.Hmm the fact that tee hees and ha has bothers you seems to tell me one thing and its that you need to lighten up kick back smoke a bong bruda hating will get you no where especially with me.I do not argue I discuss.I have no elitest attitude the fact that I use Advanced Nutrients doesnt mean Im a jerk or think other companies are lame I use all sorts of companies stuff.And have done start to finish grows with just about every formula on the market.I think this qualifies me to give advice on them.Ill try to be more helpful If thats okay with you?

Oh and this is the ORGANIC portion of the forums dirt growers using organically BASED ferts should be posting in the Indoor soil portion of the forums am I right.I am not at all tryin to be a dick here I just see a HUGE differencre between two.Some are organic some well just arent.This is one of the few places where they have a place for each kind of grower.That way no one squabbles.No organic versus chem flame wars that break out everywhere so often.Fine if refering to organic based ferts as not organic is gonna rub peeps the wrong way Ill let nuwbies live in the dark forever,then somday somwhere itll come up in conversation and people will laugh at em cus they dont know.Will that be very helpful?No!Im here to educate thats all.So sorry if here we have to be sweet about it.I come from somwhere we all could take a hit or two ,maybe learn somthing and we still would all love eachother in the morning.I guess like Res said round here ya gotts be shiny happy people.Geesh guess I wasnt baked enuff this morn to be posting yet.To any I may have offended I apologize.Ill try to be more lighthearted in future posts.

Fair enough.....mabye it was me that needed to smoke a bit more before i posted...i haven't been able to get home to re-stash in a few weeks and i'm totally out of bud (which i used foxfarm grow big for veg). Anyway long as your helpful, no problems, i probly just need to smoke a fatty....this is the longest break i've taken from smoking in a year or so. Anyways best to all.

so did anyone answer the question on foxfarm?? I have been using it since I started to grow.. There are still some things I need to learn but I am willing to learn.. so any good info would be greatly appreciated...thanx
