I was looking for a certian book and resin lung had mentioned "grow your own stone" which rung a bell.
Well after searching the internet this is what I found:
The book I was looking for. I bought this when I was like 14-15 years old at the head shop in College Park Md. So being able to secure a copy has brought back a lot of memories and I'm enjoying the read while toking on some north indian weed and sipping a Kingfisher beer. Just wish the weed was the columbian gold or red we use to score back then for 35 a oz and feel your eyeballs roll up into your head part way through the joint.

Your looks to be a older edition than mine. nice find. I was wrong in my description though, it mine is more of a black/white/reddish cover. LOL

Here's another old favorite of mine.

I love them old books. alot has changed. there is not 1 picture of an indica plant in in this book. LOL

A lot has changed. Some of the advice esp. on drying/curing makes my spine shiver but it is history.
I remember seeing that Sinse' book for sale in High Times back in the day.
I would also love to find some old High Times from the '70's. The mag now just sucks if you ask me it's like it's mostly ads and just stupid articles.

I completely agree with you. HT sucks, I still by them cause I collect but good articles are few and far between. I have every issue printed in the last 20 something years but not many from the seventies. almost bought a guys whole collection from #1 to like 1993 but i passed. he wanted a little over $900 bucks. I still regret not buying them! I have tons of books. I've never personally seen a larger collection but know there out there. I went to BC and went to the Narc emery's book store/museum and I got it beat by a mile. I got a real addiction to old cannabis related books and mags.
