Forum Etiquette

is flooding the forums with threads specific to my grow bad?

i had a og account back in the day but im really not a forum guru by anymeans.

there arent very many forums so if i have a question i just post a new thread?

How about this... first use the SEARCH feature to see if your question has been asked before... then if that doesnt work, by all means, start a new thread

This site is really very tolerant to new grower questions, I never say that is a dumb question, although there are plenty of sites where there are JACKASSES who will climb up ur ass for asking anything! But not here, there are plenty of people who will gladly answer your questions and adress your concerns, Chi ne he'

to keep the clutter to a minimum, why not just ask the question(s) in your previous thread ? i.e. you would be bumping your own thread by asking a question in it , rather than starting a new thread every time . nothing wrong with that, and it enables people to better see where you are at with your grow. but, as alpha said, try searching first.

i have my own heat issue thread, mite thread, and early harvest thread going right now. ill try to contain most of my questions to those and my grow diary. thanks for the input everyone

i keep seeing the same questions asked over and over again.. I really do understand peoples concerns.. a few answers to previous questions.. who knows if the info given is correct? I love to hear alot of opinions but there are always conflicting opinions and i just try and go with the consensus. I am still looking for tips on harvesting sativa's.. I cant find anything really doing searches here and on the web.

If you can post a topic that hasn't had multiple posts already, I'll give you some Strawberry Diesel seeds.

FREE.

Tecinally, I imagine there is little reason to post in reality - given a tiny bit of motivation and desire to learn - the search button has power beyond the post button.

Harvesting Sativas? There has to be 100 posts on that topic, just on IC, and you haven't found any? Phhhht!!!

come on,,,, most the posts even have pictures, so -- how can it get better?

Radio shack magnifier and look at the trics
What don't you understand?

I disagree... not for the information I am looking for... I get alot of pics of sativas but that isnt helping. My question concerns growth cycles and how trichs mature then another growth cycle begins again. with new growth. Some take 12-16 weeks to mature and the one i have is of unknown origin.
There is nothing on determining the maturation of a mostly pure sativa.

Are you saying you are the first to claim those beans?

I disagree with your lame response. That information has been covered in depth and breadth - hundreds of times

Your abilities as a grower will determine and affect the life cycle also. - Keep feeding a high N diet past stretch and you can extend flowering and make all information irrelevent to your grow because of your special conditions, and your not going to find solid info - as to regeneration - in my experience - takes months fo fully recover the plant - and sometimes the second grow takes a loss in some qualities in the plant. - I'm currently experimenting with a breeding project - but I have learned that all plants I grow will have a solid clone established before flowering.

So you have an unknow genetics plant - READ THE TRICS

clear? - not done

cloudy? getting done

amber/weithering? some like it baked

and your "unknown" - might be a 16 or 20 week strain that's why it's unknown.
