I made this petition for old school legalize it activists who are against this new bill. It is a voter proposition so I see no need for it to contain taxes and a cop out clause for elephant counties who want to keep herb illegal for consenting adults. I see this bill as the cannabis community in CA trying to appease the powers that be with bribes. Not one red cent to the establishment that has kept this sacred herb illegal for so long!

it's very corrupt all around.

It's my opinion that the No Cannabis counties are just wanting to keep the black market intact in their areas and that includes monies from State and federal sources to fight Cannabis.

For places like Mantica http://www.mantecabulletin.com/news/article/13448/ it's life's blood to get those monies and under pay the farm workers.

Mantica is a place that lost their Sugar mill and that was a major shock. Now the idea that they could lose State and Federal Monies is too much for them.

To hell with liberty in Mantica I guess.
