ok day 53 in flower im ready to flush these beautiful diesel fruity smelling kosher kushes was wondering can i flush them in the bath tub im just worried that the chlorine in the tap water not letting it sit for 24 hours will harm them or am i just being over paranoid i always let my water sit just for the flushing I wouldent whats your thoughts IC peeps thanks to thoses that take the time to reply I appreciate

why do you want to "flush" them? unless you've been way overfeeding them it will do more harm then good. Just feed them with plain water until they are ready to harvest. If you truly do need to flush them I wouldn't worry about the chlorine. Flushing typically involves running 3-5x the volume of the pot through it (5 gallon pot 15+ gallons of water) and is really a last resort when you've overfed allot.

anywhere you feel like...flushing proper is an emergency measure. if you're growing in soil the last 2 weeks of plain water only is referred to as flushing for all intents and purposes.

if perchance you have overdosed with nutrient salts, then use the proper method.

...and read everything you can find on soil/plant interaction. here's a good start:

Also why can't you wait a a day and let the chlorine evaporate out of the water? Are you on a schedule that demands you have to cut on a certain day or something? If you're only on day 53 you probably still have at least 14 more days of peak ripeness so just let the water sit out a day then do your flush. Not really seeing the problem

flush your toilet not your weed. if you fert right there is absolutely no benefit to a flush. all your doing is waterlogging the medium lol

The chlorine in tap water does not harm plants at any stage. Letting it evaporate at all is unnecessary.

Really i was under the impression that i need to flush my soil out with 3 times the amount of the size of pot to get all the nutrients out and make the smoke taste good and burn well in the last week or 2 in flower is this wrong im confused im doing full organic for the koshers but am also doing chems ferts on others

even chem ferts dont have 2 be flushed out in soil really i never knew this it wont make the smoke taste like shit and burn shitty ive seen so many peeps say u must flush at end of flower cycle its a must and have others say u dont even before i asked on here

If you feed them plain water for the last 2weeks it will leach the old ferts out and all will be fine ( some people refer to this as flushing but its really not and that's what I think has you confused)
