I'm at day 54 of flower on my first grow. I've seen the charts with pictures of trichomes and i have the radioshack microscope - my trichomes are 95% cloudy and a couple are turning amber. i know a lot of people have grown this strain out, what day did your harvest? some places say it's done in 6 weeks, some say 10 weeks which is a pretty big difference. i'm going to keep watching my trichomes and harvest accordingly (probably within the next few days, i don't like couchlock-knock-you-out smoke but a good mix leaning toward the 'head' type high) but was wondering what you guys personal experiences were.

Hola big bang! I would say cut her now if your looking for a nice "up" type high. Enjoy!

My Nirvana NL X BB is eight weeks exactly - not totally the same as yours, but I would think it close...

Your right EM, I always wait a week after I "think" its time to cut. I have grown Nirvana's NLXHaze but only outside so I really don't know when to cut them indoors. I don't let any of my Indica go amber cause to my taste it seems to degrade not only the potency but the quality of the high/stone.

If you want an Up buzz, cut em now. wait any longer your going to have more couch lock than head stone.

I gave mine 10 weeks instead of the norm 8 I hear... worked out like a champ and hardly any were amber! Amazing how slow they change from white to amber some times, and other times it seems like they change in a matter of hours!

Hey McDonald, I got the same thing with my pack of NL...all sativa phenos..pretty strange for an indica!! I finally found someone with the same prob....anyhow, BigBang, the last few NL girls i grew out went a little over 75 days!!! and they still weren't ready. I had 2 very stretchy, sativa-like phenos. light, airy buds with foxtails...They also went hermi on me and made seeds...Pretty good smoke though, def. not the best. I have 4 more goin right now, and I hope to get a good one...
