Flowering mix

hello, im new to ICMag postings i dont really do too much social media crap. so i figured this would be the next best place to post up a grow of strains that arent created by a big time company. just doing your own thing i guess...

im going to try and update and log most of the stuff i personally smoke. im going to try and be detailed, but at NO POINT am i ever trying to sell anything. these are private stash plants, theyre not going to be released again.

ill start off with a strain ive held near and dear for a really freaking long time. its of the OG Kush variety. this OG is different in that its a meaty, lime kerosene jet fuel funk with a dash of pine. she smells insane, its like having an open can or kerosene and lime juice sitting in your grow. shes a stretchy plant, so i like to keep her in veg less, meaning shorter plants. in the right conditions, she turns a nice blue hue throughout the plant. shes a good yielder, and the smoke is one of the best pain killers for back pain. which is why ive held on to her for so long now. shes a 9.5-10 weeker. all round, a good solid strain.

hope everyone likes her :)

MVTF cut x Chem D x Alien Kush..by Cannaventure

MVTF cut x Chem D x Alien Kush..by Cannaventure

ok so the next lady in my personal stash, is a new girl. i know this isnt the cannaventure forum, but i hope its ok to post here. this strain is not currently offered by CV in pack form...and when i popped these seeds, these plants were the best out of them.

until i finished flowering, i wasnt thinking too much about this strain...but when it finished you could smell it...a sweet spruce, burnt cedar, lemongrass, wheat grass (this is not from too much nitrogen in flower. i do not use N in flower. 1.5-15.5-13), subtle pink lemonade/cotton candy with hints of juniper on the exhale.

shes a very branchy, very very even canopy, fast grower, flowers in 8.5-9 weeks, gains significant weight in yield, and has a SERIOUS KNOCKOUT SATIVA PUNCH!

the reason im raving about this strain is because it was MVTF clone dominant and i absolutely love the MVTF cut...and its potency is insane. its the most hardcore sativa KO ive felt. instead of the roaring cerebral sativa effect, its an elevated mood, elevated senses, yearning for adventure, but it eases muscle tension, and provides SERIOUS pain relief.

i used this mother, #3, to create Alaskan OG Kush

South Florida OG Kush Week 4

South Florida OG Kush Week 4

ok so heres an update, at week 4 of flowering for one of my South Florida OG Kush cuts. shes gaining significant frost at this point, and nug formation is starting to cluster up, and filling in. shes more and more changing into a blue hue, some of which is covered up by the layer of white crystals.

ill update this strain again in another week, to show her progression throughout flowering. its nice to see them all grow'd up..

South Florida OG Kush is NOT the same strain as Florida OG Kush (Triangle Kush).

South Florida OG Kush uses the same mother, that was used to make the Florida OG (Triangle Kush) in 1992. Thats the only similarity, other than they both come from the same geographic region in Florida.

Just wanted to clear that up, so that people DONT think im saying i created Florida OG (Triangle Kush), because i did not make Florida OG AKA Triangle Kush. i only made this, South Florida OG Kush.

Thanks :)

SSS-South Florida OG Kush Week 5

SSS-South Florida OG Kush Week 5

Here she is, at week 5 of flowering. shes really packing on the frost, and tightening up the nug formation. you can see the deep blue coloration of the plant settling in.

She may look as though the pistils are turning opaque, but theyre not. she was pollinated by my Black Durban dom (Black Rhino 1947). Im very hopeful of the resulting hybrid...but thats another thread.

Enjoy :)!

South Florida OG Kush AKA SoFLo OG by Grown Out

South Florida OG Kush AKA SoFLo OG by Grown Out

so heres an update on this strain my friends...

***All accompanying photos are courtesy of my good friend, Grown Out! The photos belong to him, but with his permission, im going to share them with all of you.

these pics are ALL taken from my good friend, Grown Out. The South Florida OG is a strain that i created, and after going through hundreds of seeds, looking for the pheno that leans heaviest towards the mother (Tampa Bay Crippie clone only. Same one B-Real from Cypress Hill holds) it has been found.

I know, the name immediately brings up controversy, but im not selling, giving, or advertising anything. Im simply showing off the absolute gem, that Grown Out found.

This cut differs from the SoFLo OG cut i hold, because it keeps the stretchy, larger than golf ball style nugs, with the leaf patterns more akin to the clone only mother "C", with immense crystal production, and more to the Chem 91 side of the TB C cut. The SoFLo OG cut that i keep as breeding stock, is a bit heavier to the Kush side of the family, rather than the Chem side. This is a wonderful example of what can and does get discovered by good all round, expert growers.

I have to give Grown Out mad props on this one!! Hopefully it holds up in the smoke test, with the Earthy, Gasoline, Kerosene, Lime-ish Fuel, meaty, with a dash of Pine flavors and smells. Its a one of a kind smell, that most growers familiar with OG Kush can pinpoint. The MAIN differentiating factors being more Earthy, VERY Fuely, with a dash of pine at the end of the exhale...While most other OG Kush's these days being like a Lemon Fuel Candy, this holds onto its Earthy flavors, without any lemon at all. The only citrus you can get a whiff of is a Lime-ish, mossy, earthy, meaty, fuel.

Thanks for tuning in everyone :)
Thank You Grown Out for sharing these wonderful pictures with me!! You made my week brotha! Almost 10 years of accumulation, time, sweat, and tears into making this strain. Theres no greater joy than seeing a good friend of mine, find something spectacular!!

So gifted these soflo og aka crippy in a trade. I have 13 of them popped man. Beautiful plants. Huge leather leaves. Beautiful strong smells in veg. Was so confused on genetics until I found this thread. I had literally the barest amount of info also Too start so I am amazed im here.
My only trip was how indica dominant and tight these bitches are. And the huge ass leafs. So I have too ask how these were made. I see the mom is the same mother as triangle og. And breals cut. Can I ask who the father was? I am going too private message you and throw pics I have up here.

hey stealthy. yessir the south florida og was created by my company Sunshine State Seeds back in 1997. in '97 i was being mentored and living with Billy Flowers (RIP) who was in the circle of growers from central and southern FL that created Crippie and Triangle. So since i was living with him and his family, i was privileged to be able to work with all of the FL clone only's. ONLY sunshine state seeds breeds SoFLo OG, so if you see someone else that says its theirs...its definitely not. since we created this strain, weve taken her to F5, but in shock, the BEST phenos were the F2's. we kept both an F2 mom and an F2 dad that we now breed with.

...sorry this took so long for me to get back to you, i dont normally go on the canna forums much anymore for good reasons...youre sure theyre south florida og right?
theyd have had to come from the only 2 people that i know had access to them

ok to start out, the male we used is a Pakistani Kush "paki blue". hes very similar to tom hayes x18 paki. hes typical landrace indica paki kush, thats pretty compact in veg, but does pop out that stretch at the end. although all internodes are equidistant, so it help keep the stretch from the mom down.

so on that note, the reason we call her south florida og, is because she doesnt exhibit full on crippie traits. the crippie clone only's were flowering right now are at 2.5 weeks flower@5ft 6in tall. so thats why we used that male to help rope in the super stretch of the crippie.

im sure youll find an absolutely stellar pheno out of 13 seeds, because people have found lifetime keepers in a 10 pack.

...and i hope i dont piss anyone off by saying this, but i dont check my messages on here much...buut were on facebook.
