Flowering different strains

As i understand plants begin to flower as the days get shorter.
Does every strain start to flower at the same time when growing outdoors? Or does it depend on each strain individually? (photoperiod strains)

Not only can each strain be different but each plant in a pack can start flowering at different times.

This is mostly due to the mix n match genetics that are on the market today as well as the indoor breeding environment.

If you want plants that consistently flower at the same time, outdoors, you will have to acclimate your chosen variety, or mix thereof, to your particular environment.

MJ.. is correct, .. varies ....Big Time..even with sister and brother ..even different results with soils, and nutes, all the more reason to treat them as a platoon, but love each one individually ..lol

Can vary greatly. In my outdoor garden I have several strains this year. Good example being that my Trainwreck started flower pretty early and is stacking up big time. Im thinking those will be done by the end of Sep. The Alien OG is just getting started though and probably won't be done until mid October.

The TW kind of surprised me a little but different levels of stress can cause early flower as well and I did fight some Russets briefly...
