Flower lighting disruptions - extended dark periods?

Just going into flowering... I'd expect at least twice I'll unfortunatly have to move my tent into the external storage room at night to avoid it being around during visits the next day.

Eg:

Wednesday: 6am - 6pm: 12 hours on, store, 6pm - 6am (thur): 12 hours off.
Thusday: 6am - 6pm: Another 12 hours extended off, 6pm - 6am (fri) on.

How detrimental is this?

It should not be a problem. It may shorten flower time but not by much.You have a lot more problems with extended light periods.
