dude, pure blend pro veg and flower are the best if your looking for simplicity. they also work really well with other nutes in my experience.
Ive seen very very amazing results with fox farm nutes as well, although i havent tried them personally.
theres something about the pure blend pro flower (soil formula) that i just cant do without. it works sooo well with liquid karma too (which i highly recommend). I have consistently recieved huge healthy plants and i only grow under 2-400w lights.

i've had a very easy time with floranova grow&bloom so far. Just shake the f$%# outta it before you pour.

Fox Farm is 100% organic i believe...flora nova is a mix of some organic supplements and some chemical additives. It's up to you, i prefer 100% organic. But, i would pick Pure Blend over either of them, it's fairly cheap and easy to use.

pure blend...........2 tri packs samplers grow/bloom/karma and cal mag/hydroguard/flush are 30$ total ------6 products

Pure Blend or Flora Nova.

Fox Farm liquid fertilizers aren't pH buffered.

They bring the pH real low, you have to manually bring it back up.

Yep, you should grab cal-mag and liquid karma like vangrow said. The other botanicare products aren't needed and IMO are a waste of money unless you have the extra money to throw around.

I've had incredible luck using the Flora Nova nutes(worth the extra dinero IMHO) combined with Sweet, and Bill's Perfect Fertilizer as a once a week foliar spray.....and I always flush heavily for the last ten days..... As for the Fox Farm and Pure Blend,...I've never used them so I really can't say....

i was wondering if anyone has a feeding schedule for the flora nutes or pure blend

my feedig schedule for pure blend (mind you, i use other nutes as well, but you can still follow this):

Veg:
- seedlings - week 2: no nute
- if using clones, i transplant immediately into 1 gal containers then feed 1/2 strength after 1 week of being in the 1 gal container, with 1 or 2 small waterings in between.
- week 2 - week 4 > however long you want to veg for: regular strength PBP veg formula

flower:
day 0 - day 7: PBP veg formula (you cant switch to the flower formula immediately, they will show signs of N deficiency)
day 8 - flush: full strength (30ml per gal) until the last 1-2 weeks of flower, at which point i begin to flush with water only.

sample schedule:
Sunday: water only
Wednesday: feed
Saturday: water only
continue accordingly.....
(this is a sample schedule, assuming that everything is ok with the plants.... every girl is different).

I use foxfarm 100%, great stuff. Doesnt seem to store well for long periods of time tho, i had to replace my bottles that were sitting for 2 years are they had become partially solidified...

Anway, it does lower ph but not dramatically, my avg flower feeding as per their directions comes up 6.5ph after being added to distilled water. The stuff is awesome and the plants absolutely love it, just make sure to follow the schedule and not over-fert.

I misread the schedule the first 2 weeks and was giving them 3x the feed strength, they were burned pretty bad! But when used properly that stuff is amazing.....last grow yeilded .8 gpw with a 250w light in 2gal containers using FF nutes and distilled water exclusively..... and that was my first grow ever!

As a former FF grow big user I can say with pretty much certainty that pure blend pro makes a better veg fert, grow big can burn, its a great fert but you have to be careful,PBP is idiotproof. Its the only fert I've ever used that can and should be used every watering. My schedule with PBP veg is pretty simple.Brand new rooted clones get 7 ml PBP and 3 teaspoon LK.When they get to around 6 inches I Increase PBP to 15 ml and decrease LK to 2 teaspoons. When they get 12-15 inches I increase to 30 ml or 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons LK.Using R/O water use a teasppoon calmag every other watering.EDIT When my gallon of FF tiger bloom is gone I'm going to try PBP bloom, who thinks it beats out the tiger??
