fl law is 25 plants is equal to trafficking.
I know they will count clones rooted or not as a plant.

What about buds drying or cured?
For instance what if there are 24 plants total plus a bunch of buds hanging up drying? If not cut from the main stalk is that a plant? Anyone know details.?

Whenever dealing with law enforcement it is probably best to assume whatever will make you look worse is exactly what the officers will say.

So your clones, rooted or not, will probably count as plants.

Drying bud? I very much doubt it. However they will count toward a possession charge. So will any leaves, stalks and trim; LEOs don't care if it is actual smokable stuff or not when weighing.

No-at that point it no longer fits the definition of a plant.

No guns. No weapons in immediate proximity of the grow. No scales. And always know that when they weigh your shit, they will at a minimum weigh your shit soaking wet, and possibly even weigh the growing medium.

Maybe outdoor is the way to go for FL personal growers? Don't really have much plausible deniability or whatever if it's in your house. If you're outside and you a plant here, two there, you gotta good chance of getting some even if you lose half or more to pests, thieves, or the law.

- Have 3 or so seasons
- If you like indica, you can probably start (from seed) in late summer and they'll finish (early dec.) after most of the LEO have finished the "hunt" for the year. Ditto for starting very early in spring. Most people think weed = fall months.
- Sativa can grow super good over the summer. The heat, humidity, and the VERY intense sunlight make warm weather plants (like cannabis) grow like crazy! Don't have to do much watering after about the middle of May - probably rains too much.
- No supplies or equip in your house. Not to mention no elec bill, wiring or any of that
- Good exercise
- 25 full term outdoor plants would give you plenty of bud I suppose. More bang for you buck maybe if you're trying to play by the "rules"
- Much harder to pin it to you if they find plants

No roots, no plant. (That goes for clones too, in any state.)

They can try to charge you with whatever they want. That doesn't mean it will stick.
