Floramite recommondations

Ive heard great things about Floramite and wanted to see If anyone has had experience here with it. I wasn’t considering it originally just because it looked so damn expensive, but the local hydro store says they have small containers for $30 which I can manage.

If I do get it Im planning on using it on both vegging and flowering plant to try to wipe these bastards out. Flowering plants are about 3 and 1/2 weeks in, would this still be safe? My basic understating is you just spray them once and it works for up to month.

Im also running a couple no pest trips and GardenSafe brand Fungicide 3-1 with neemoil. Should I continue to use these with along with floramite?

I have used floramite before, but only in vegging. Floramite is extremely brutal on your plants so I only use it when vegging, or at most 1 week into flowering. It is also brutally effective, you only need 1-2 different applications.. If you spray, it is recommended to use some sort of mask or at least gloves.

If you choose to spray other products on, it is recommended that you wait 4-5 days in between each spraying. Also do not spray when your lights are on (if you have an HID light). If you have a mite problem past 1-2 weeks into flowering, consider weekly applications of some sort of organic pesticide such as neem or soyanara, or maybe a sulfur bomb.

green house tomato grower(according to floramite)should wait 3 days before consuming.so it sounds safe to use during flowering,id spray two weeks before harvest at the latest(only if you notice a heavy infestation),just to give it more time to break down.

spraying never gives you a 100% coverage.so what some growers are doing is a complete dunk.mix 3 mil of floramite per gallon.can use a deep tray for smaller grows.dunk your plant, roll it to get full coverage.if you have a lot more plants more plants, use a small trash can and fill it with 10 gallons of water(can use a paper plate with a slit cut half way through to cover the soil,to keep it from falling out).

i would dunk them after i stripped as many leafs and brances as i planed to and dunk them 5 days into flowering."an ounce of prevention"

if i noticed an infestation during vegging i would dunk them right away.

once you have mites, they seem to never go away.no matter what you do.poping up at the worst times.floramite might clean them out for good.

Went to war today and nuked em with floramite. Sprayed under, on top, around, and in the general area so hopefully I covered everything.

Should I spray the leaves with plain water tomorrow or just let the floramite sit?

Time to wait now. Ill make sure to follow up and let you know if either my plants or the mites are dead. :drum:

Been about 5 days since floramite spray now. Plants show what looks like a slight burn, could possibly be from feeding and not the spray though. Overall it seems a lot less damaging to the plants than neem oil, which was really harsh or both veg and flowering plants.

As far as the mites, they haven't gotten worse. There are no more webs and seem to have been knocked down some. I am still noticing them under leaves, but cant tell if they are still alive or just dead mites stuck to the leaves.

Hopefuly this will keep them under control. If it works well I might try dripping some clones next time.

I have never noticed any type of burn directly attributed to floramite. I use 30 drops a quart too. Stare at the same mite for a while and see if it moves. If you notice any movement you should hit them up again dude especially after five days. They eventually just all turn white and dry and die out.

I just picked up a small container of floramite , considering using some soon . I was told to only use it in veg . How often should it be applied ? .
