Flopping a 4ton AC b/w 2 rooms??

Hey guys, i am wracking my brain trying to figure this out...

I have 2 separate rooms, each ~140 sq ft. They will both be used as flower rooms ONLY.

I am going to have 12 lights in each room, flopping 12/12 between each room.

There will be a dedicated 4ton ac for these rooms.

How can i switch between the rooms? Or is there any way to have it only blow cool air where its needed?

Each room will have 2 intake and 2 exhaust for AC air exchange. I was thinking of adding in an exhaust for air scrubbing and to pull hot air out. But then i would need an intake for fresh air, or a CO2 generator in my AC's lung room.

Any ideas here? Im stumped

O X X O
X X
8
X X
O X X O

X = plant
O = HOR hood light
8 = VERT bare bulb, one closer to floor, one closer to ceiling

There will be 2 of these clusters in each room

O X X O X X 8 X ...

O X X O
-X - - X-
----8----
-X - - X-
O X X O

X = plant
O = HOR hood light
8 = VERT bare bulb, one closer to floor, one closer to ceiling

The space will be symmetrical

Bumping this thread up.. I'd like to know how to flip a split A/C system between 2 rooms running on flip boxes. I think I've seen Excel Air makes a piece that does something like this, but wondering if it compatible with other brands of split systems.

they make a damper that lets u switch ac room to room like for a flip flop
but u wont be able to cool at all at night in the other room since damper will be closed ,....
maybe u could run a small take off, off each run to the opposite room to give ya a lil cooling ?

Get a zone controller, dampers and 2 programmable thermostats. It's easy to do if you are mechanically inclined enough to run all the control wiring.

Check out the unit excelair makes to do this. Take a picture of it to a local metal shop and get it made.

Few problems I see are going to be dealing with RH in the room that's dark. Yes a dehuey, but what about dehuey heat?

I think your better off with a dedicated system for each space.

12 lamps is 4800 to 12k in each space. Cutting corners will cost you a TON!
