Hi IC,
I recently popped some beans and was wanting to give smoke reports of the different phenos i had grown. Like a lot of smokers sometimes it's hard to put into words the taste or smell of cannabis that we grow or smoke. I went back to an old book to help and thought I post a picture of the chart to help others here on IC better identify the taste and smells and put them into words we can all relate to. First off I highly recommend this book to read for any weed enthusiast, Cultivating Exceptional Cannabis: An Expert Breeder Shares his Secrets, By DJ SHORT. On pages 50-51 their is DJ Short's Flavor & Olfaction Chart. Also just a side note that I feel is important to mention on the bottom of the page but won't be in the picture: "The range of flavors and aromas expressed by the genus cannabis is extraordinary. This chart shows the various families of taste and smell that are possible to achieve. Exceptional cannabis often bridges multiple categories, creating a complex sensory experience."
Hope this can help others in their quest to describe the smells and tastes in their cannabis.
