"Fixed" hydrohuts

I'm sending a couple of Huts, that had been killing plants, back to IGS for the
"fix".

Anybody out there using A "fixed" hut with out any problems?, or will I be getting back a couple of storage closets.

Let me and the community know how the returned huts are working out for ya.

I will be sure to let you know how they are working for me when they come back.

mine came back after a month. i left the additional velcro i added on the front door, so i will know if it is the "fixed" or replaced. after examining it thoroughly, it is a replaced version. smells a little different than the last tent, but i am not sure whether or not to start using it again. i just don't have time to deal with the BS.

Hi All! Nice Info!....Does anyone have the 4x8 hut with 2 vents, not the
newer 4 vent hut? I wonder if the older hut is ok??? compared to the newer hut? Please add info about this ..... Peace!

lc00p4--thats good to know that they are sending out replacements, but it leaves me to wonder if they sent you a new tent w/o the problems of the old one, or if it was "fixed" and they just sent you one from the processed pile.

Thats what I'm hoping someone will chime in on.

I have friends using older units with no problems, your milage may vary.

Somebody out there has to have set up their "fixed" unit. Dont be shy, let us know.

Hopefully I will have mine back within a month, and then we can get to the bottom of this mess.

from reading the boards, some have tried to use their replacements, but they still had the syndrome. though i can't vouch for all of them, some have had luck using the new canvas. i may test it out in a couple weeks with some non-weed plants and a fluoro or two.

There was some scuttle going around that the workers at IGS were not treating the canvases that were coming in. They were just repackaging them and sending them back out untreated.

The owners found out and hopefully that has stopped.

Now, the hut is hardly the perfect grow tent, but they are usefull and I really liked to use it as a mother clone room, so I'm hoping for the best.

I sent my toxic hut back and received another "new" toxic hut. IGS lost my business because of their bullshit. I've got a Secret Jardin tent now and have yet to have any problems whatsoever.

Hi All ! My question is about the 4x8 hydrohut only the newer 4 vent vs the older 2 vent hut.....is anyone having good luck with the older hut compared to the newer hut??? Peace!
