First timer - Seedling help

Hi .. Please lend me your experience if you can help. Answered questions to the best of my ability below. Cant post pics yet so sorry...

Basically the first true leaves are yellowing and are the baby leaves (coty .... somethings) the new growth is nice and healthy standing up for the light but lower leaves are sagging and yellowing.

John Innes No 1 - for pricking out or potting-up young seedlings or rooted cuttings. This composts has a carefully balanced nutrient content to suit most young plants.
What Nutrient's are you using?How much of each? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
Biobizz - Biogrow - using 1ml per litre, may have started too early. At day 5 above ground !
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?

What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?

A small pc fan 80mm on half speed, and an oscillating desk fan on the ground below plants (indirect)

Yes
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
UNSURE, get scaly buildup in shower head etc...
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
No
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
NO
Are plant's infected with pest's?

Pre-ferted soil is rough on seedlings. You should be looking for a fine light soil with lots of drainage and no added fertilizers. Don't add ANYTHING until the little plant has about 5 sets of adult leaves.

They are only in little pots, and i also forgot to add that i mixed the following:

60% John innes no 1
30% Perlite
10% Vermicultite

Should i flush with bottled water and just transplant when big enough ? or just continue with bottled water as normal ?

Bottled water has PH of 6.4

Just out of curiostiy, why did you choose bottled water? Is your tap water THAT bad? And are you using distilled bottled water? Most tap water is fine for soil apps, and distilled water is missing the Ca and Mg that tap water has and which cannabis needs a healthy dose of.
Perlite- GOOD.
Sure, go ahead and flush with plain tap water adjusted to pH 6.7 or so to work out the excess nutes in the soil. 6.4 is a touch low for a soil grow.
You'll be feeding for real shortly. When you do, start a bit weak.

Also make sure your bottled water does not contain sodium; sodium is very bad for plants can single handily lock out other nutrients; even small amounts of it.

Hi all ...

Gave them a good watering .. waiting for a couple more sets of leaves to appear before restarting nutes. They appeared quite perky this morning after plain watering. Hopefully only burnt the first set of leaves ..

Also using straight tap water.
