Hi .. Please lend me your experience if you can help. Answered questions to the best of my ability below. Cant post pics yet so sorry...
Basically the first true leaves are yellowing and are the baby leaves (coty .... somethings) the new growth is nice and healthy standing up for the light but lower leaves are sagging and yellowing.

John Innes No 1 - for pricking out or potting-up young seedlings or rooted cuttings. This composts has a carefully balanced nutrient content to suit most young plants.
What Nutrient's are you using?How much of each? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
Biobizz - Biogrow - using 1ml per litre, may have started too early. At day 5 above ground !
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?

What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?

60CFM PCI slot exhaust blower - space is about 31cfm
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
A small pc fan 80mm on half speed, and an oscillating desk fan on the ground below plants (indirect)
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Yes
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
UNSURE, get scaly buildup in shower head etc...
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
No
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
NO
Are plant's infected with pest's?
NO
