First time using a fan/scrubber, I got a question

So I plan on setting up my fan and scrubber tonight for my tent. Quick question for you all. Do you let the inline fan run all day continuously or do you set them up on timers? Thanks.

I run mine continuously. But some guys that have heat issues hook a thermostat to it so it only kicks in when temps are too high.


But for you now...probably continuously.

...and most fan motors work best if they suck air through filter. It will work backwords pushing thru filter but sucking is best...

Thanks! Continuously is what I thought. Fan did come with a speed adjuster.

Fan and scrubber are up and running and you can really tell a difference with the smell. When I run the fan, it’s barely a negative pressure but when I switch it to medium good negative pressure. I set it up scrubber——->tubing———>exhaust fan sucking air out of the tent. Thanks everyone for the help.

Sounds interesting. I tried growing an AK strain about a decade ago...but blew it due to it being my first coco grow and I didn't know what I was doing.
