First Time Growing Outdoors

Hello guys.

This is my first grow so I want some advices.

I will grow in 5 gallon buckets, I will germinate 5 seeds plant them when germinated in small can. I want to know when I should throw the males and pick The 2 healthiest of the remaining females. I will water them every 4 days and when flowering every 2 days. My soil would be the soil I use for my vvegetables and I will add some organic compost I am making the last years.

The seeds are indica unknown strain and I am doing this only for fun and experimentation because next year I will have my own room for some good babes.

I read much things and I can't find good soil such as Mg and fox.
What my yield should beain grams; and any general advices are accepted.

Thanks in advance.

Really, there are so many variables that no one will ever really be comfortable giving you a yield in grams. Especially for an outdoor grow, it just isn't sensible to try to guestimate lol.

Is there a particular reason why you are only keeping 2 of the females if there is more? Idk, just me but.... I would want all my females lol :^) more bud is just more bud ^_^

As far as advice, really the most advice I have ever seen comes from when things just "don't look right" with a gal. But at the very least, definitely bookmark this; http://www.thenug.com/galleries/diagnose-your-sick-marijuana-plants

After that I mean, you dont have to worry about lights; you are outdoors. All you have to really worry about is pests, and I don't have much experience there (luckily lol). So I am sure there will be other to help you when you cross those bridges. Good luck.
