I am by no means an expert, but have a similar set up. There is a couple of things I'd suggest.

Lose the tin foil, creates heat, and doesn't reflect very well. Flat white paint would work better as far as light reflection.

Lower those lights as well. CFLs produce very little heat, and I keep my two 40 watt bulbs 1-2 inches away tops. We gotta make the most of those cfls, and your side plants will receive more light as a side bonus.

You may want to consider re mounting your lights, cause chain plus power bar, plus lights hanging down are taking up 10-12 inches by the looks of it.

Plants look great though.

I'd second what Moots said about the tin foil. Not good, creases and folds in it and make light bounce off in ways that are undesired. This makes hot spots right? potential for burn marks on leaves.

Edit: I'd also second Moots comments on your CFLs. You can get those suckers REAL close to the plants. Dont be scuurd :)

thanks for the advice its appreciated

as for the light situation it was something i rigged up for this first grow but it seems to keep a constant 80 degrees when they are on

planning on making plenty of changes for the next one.
