first time grow. please help

what does it look loke? the smaller plant didnt look good from the begining shoult i keep it? or just destroy it cause its just eating up nutes and if it has low very low chances to survive
the spots on the leaves i think are my fault (sprayed them and probably didnt gave them enough darkness after)

Did you start them in that size pot? If so that's too big.

Did you go from a t5 light to HID? If so raise the light 3-4 feet over them than slowly lower it each day so they get use to it.

18 hours on 6 off. DO NOT FOLIAR OR SPRAY with lights on if you can avoid it! Try to let them dry out completely if possible and use ph'd water when needed! Just a thought!

over feeding. at that age, and with as much soil as they have, you shouldn't have fed them yet.

Hey bro i am only on my 2nd grow but if they were mine i would wait till dry and feed only water
And next time start seeds in small pots 1lt or under and when big enough pot up to 11lt
Iam sure over the next cpl of waterings they will put out new growth and perk up

Yes start in small pot. Up pot to bigger size before you see root circling in the bottom.

Next time make a earth worm casting tea and don't over water. this will help establish healthy root system. Take care of the roots and you shouldn't have any problems in soil.
