"First Sign of Flower" Confused!?

Hi all little confused on what the first sign of flower means , Running a FF setup, My tiger bloom and open sesame Says to use at the first signs of flowers.. Does this mean wait until little bud sites are developed or once i start seeing a decent amount of pistols??

you will usually see signs of ''flowering/flowers'' 10-17 days into the 12/12 lighting schedule,

It means as soon as you see pistils.

When I first started growing I used FF, and for over a year It gave great results.
Open Sesame is supposed to help plants develop bud sites even before the pistils show up. Start Open Sesame at the beg. of 12/12.
Start Tiger Bloom 1-2 weeks into flowering as you cut down the grow big.
