Are there certain NPK levels to try and maintain during flowering and veg? I believe I read for rooting and germinationhigher P levels are wanted and during veg higher N is wanted, but what are the levels to try and keep it around?

As far as "levels" go, I don't think very many of the organic growers do much testing as far as "levels"(TDS) in the soil. Since organic nutrients are hard to over-kill it is n't very necessary to keep TDS readings. PH also isn't as important in organics either since it tends to stabilize easily with organic soil due to a few factors. If these are an deffinate interest to you then do some reading in the indoor soil forum and the outdoor grower forum.

Good Luck
J.

Kiefin-
Welcome to IC.
The "ratio" of N-P-K in our type of growing is 3-1-2 in veg and 1-3-2 in flower. Any ratio close to that will get you there.
What kinds of organic nutes are you planning on using? What is your soil mix?

Thank you. After doing some moring looking around today think the decision was made to use steer manure mixed with the natural soil on bottom and then found a soil mix that already has most of the mixes, kelp, moss, perlites, already included in it.

Don't forget the powdered dolomite lime for calcium, magnesium and pH. 2 tbs./gal. of soil mix.

Thanks BurnOne. I'm going out this weekend to do some more preping at the site. Have a pH meter now so going to be able to test the natural soil. I'll post some more specifics after I get back.
