Hello everyone this is my first grow my plant just wont grow under cfls but when i put them in the sun they grow fast , i have 4 blue 50 wat cfl and 3 yellow 50 wat cfl please help

Hi.......common sense states the Sun is an unlimited source of light.
Hence why they grow faster outside along with the CO2 it loves.
IMHO ditch the CFL and get a different light if you want rapid growth.
Search on here their are plenty of pictures and examples for you to learn from.
K.I.S.S. like many before have stated Keep It Simple Stoner ...... but have fun too.

You can get some of the 100w equivalent LED bulbs for pretty cheap. Most are 15-18w actual and come in a variety of spectrums. Heck even the cheapest ones will give over 100l/w and will make much better lighting than cfl. You could keep a couple 5000k cfls for uv but other than that get the led's pop off the plastic bulb and unscrew the cheap reflector thing that may be in some and you're good to grow.
Edit: getting the led's allows you keep your current lighting rig which will help immediately, but I'd look into getting some of the diy cob kits that are now available for long term.
