i would give it a little longer, its close but a little longer would not hurt*
that was the very top, right?

what have your temps been like?

It's been 65-85 outdoors when it's nice inside when it's not. And the the top looks like its still kinda growing

No that shit looks like its re-vegging those long single blade with the claw. Also could just be the strain. But i would make up my mind and keep it in our out. Changing light source is unnecessary stress.
