Just a thought for you. You could keep a female mother under 24 and take tiny clones put outdoors in small pots and they will flower year round in your climate. And stay small enough to go unnoticed in a small flower garden.
Hi Nordsman, that's a good idea but maybe i won't do this now because i don't have space. So i would have to do the guerrilla and now i just have one female i can't compare she with other to know if she is a good enough.
as you are in the 'Tropicals' look to beefing up your strain selection by growing many sativas, Mexican. Thai, and south American abound, you have the weather and climate ...but have you the room..?
ps avoid growing at the window in the tropics, as they may only get the sun in morning and later afternoon, as the sun is directly overhead most the day, in which case the plants are better outside, perhaps with vertical blinds for protection/concealment ...? (imo)
good luck
Hi Amanda, glad to see you here again. Yeah you are right i don't have space or room to breed a lot of plants. I live in small apartament. I bought Durban because where i live is very similar in climate, almost the same latitude, humidity, weather. I know that plants have been growing for a long time in the North maybe even indoor, but if have some original genetics inside this plant she'll be adaptable to my town. And that's what i want, and trying to do, the best genetic to my town, most adaptable. Not just a plant to smoke. So i decided to let the plants at the window and let's see what'll happened.
I still have more seeds i did not plant because of my neighbors. i want to see how she smells first.
hi tistou
it´s important to read about photoperiod to maintain a good perpetual
ansiety normally is the biggest problem in the begining, so try to keep the light schedule with no big changes and planning the next move carefully. IMHO things like bone meal works better while mixing in your soil and let it cook for a month or so.
To this plant, understanding that is no other better choice, i think replant to a good bagged soil mix with perlite, a good and smooth fertilization could improve the bloom.
try understand the plant dinamics and plan your run, and let the things flow!
i´ll be watching, best vibes!
Hi Pedrero glad to see you too, here.
Yeah i studied a little about cannabis and i think the great difference about other plants, or flowers, is she grow very fast that's why she needs a lot of fertilizers. I, like you, don't like chemical stuffs. So i replant my plant to a new and bigger pot with new soil organic fertilized. So let's see how she behaves.
--> New photos soon.
