i was thinking at least 5 days but no more than 7, but that, to be honest, that is a guess, this is the only my second full grow and it's the first with nlz.

one of the plants probably has at least double that (i have no idea why though) as her fan leaves have only just started to yellow.

what should i be looking out for??

well the thc levels hit their max b4 the weight thits its max, i've run plants to the end and never noticed any drop in quality. best quality is kept by good curing. i look for the hairs gingering but i also watch the sugar leaves, its a well talked about subject that a lot of the weight is added in the last week, forget 56 days or 62 days they r just guides, it all depends on the grow if everything is perfect mayb but theres outdoor condition that will effect indoor grows temp, humity, if they've ben stressed all makes if dif,

i've had the same strains do 56 days and 70 days, u just hav to look and decide for the best, always turn yr grow lites off to check colour just use a normal household bulb.

good luck :joint:

cold will def slow things down, dont be in a rush to drop them, i've had plants take 2 weeks longer coz of fresh air being cold, the most important thing a t this stage is humidity, keep a check on it and hav a close look at yr buds watch for bud rot.

good luck

humidity is ok if thats at nite wen the lites r off, dont b scared of looking between the flowers for bud rot, from the outside a small area on the bud will look gold and crispy, pull the flowers apart and if it looks mouldy its rot.

grow well and enjoy

lofty, just had a good root around up there, i have a dry bit in the middle of one of my top buds, it's really localised though and looks almost singed , could this be the dreaded rot??

some photo's under normal lights for you

hi thunderpob, if its rot it will most likely standout on yr bud as brown/gold colour. just pull that bit down so u can see the stalk behind the flower, if its rot u'll see brown dusty residue on the back of the flower and on the stalk.

if it is rot or yr in any doubt or are worried bout it snip that bud off just below were its showing and leave the rest.

bud rot is a fung that releases spores so it does spread but quite slowly and u can get a few days mor if u need to.

how are they looking do u need mor time for them?

i've just had a very close look at yr pics, they're looking shu berb! i cant c anything that wud cause me ant panic but u cant always c it, carefully pull the flowers apart and hav a look behind and look all over, its not just the big buds it can b anywhere. they look like they've got at least a week yet mayb more but thats up to yr personal preference.

wat ever u think dont panic, yr not guna go in tomos and find they're all dust, its much mor gradual than that.

dont be scared of pulling them and looking, there's an advantage to that, u open them up and release trapped moisture and get air flow in thats stops rot.

just keep humidity down, cover any thing wet or damp, top of yr soil, tubs of nutes etc and keep it warm at nite.

i've lost bits and bobs in the past but nothing major, i lose next to nothing nowadays coz i've learn over time. in fact i've actualy lost nowt coz i put the rot stuff with my leaves for my annual resin brew !

i'll b back on in few hours, pm me if u need to and i'll get bak to u as soon as poss.

p.s. great looking buds, be interested to c wat u get and smoke report!

hey thunderpob, excellent looking ladies you have there! like lofty said, rot will stand out. one time a couple years back(the only time it happened) i looked at a prize nug in my garden and there was just white mold pushing its way from the middle of the bud out. uugggh it was the worst site. i just clipped it and tossed it out. i made sure to take it out before cutting though. dont want to excite any spores in my garden.
as for the time frame, eh i wouldnt get so worried, i mean 62 is plenty even if your temps are a bit low, but everytime i said i would wait just one or two more weeks, i was so happy i did. peace

cheers for all the positive vibes guys, it really is appreciated

i am a bit paranoid that i have started to flush them too soon, virtually all the main fan leaves are yellowing and i am thinking that they won't last another two weeks
