I have been reading about the perfect day of harvest in several places. The most reliable way, from what I understand, is when the Trichomes are Cloudy. One even wrote that it was essential to have a cheap microscope to look into the trichomes. So I guess I am in the market for a cheap microscope now to be added to my arsenal of marijuana paraphernalia. But wait, was it when the trichomes are 80% cloudy? I see the trichomes trichs all over the place on the top of the plants, on the leaves etc.. What do you do, take a clipping of the leaf, or try to remove a trichome with a razor or what? And was I right about the 80% thing. Are there any photographs or links to this sort of thing around here? or is there just another way to to it all together. Oh maybe someone can tell me which part of the plant is the bud while you are at it. Is the bud all of those little frosty leaves all close together or is it something else.
