first grow-to scrog or not to scrog

i'm thinking of wheather i should do a scrog on my first grow or not. here are a few descriptions of setup:
growbox-rubbermaid container (18"W X 11" deep and 33" high)
lighting-for veg about 100W CFL w/ a 150W HPS added for flowering
ventilation-2 105cfm 4" axial fans and 2 5" intake holes
plant(s)either BOG's bogglegum or sourbubble bx
it will be a stealth grow of 1, MAYBE 2 plants. i'm not sure if i should do a scrog for my first grow. want to do whatever is easier for a successful grow for a newbie, scrog or some kind of LST. i'm open to suggestions.thanks

when your using a small light, I always recommend SCROG...more bang for your buck imho....

does a scrog require continuous daily attention. i want to spend time and take care of my plant(s) but don't want to be having to make daily adjustments. does using a scrog really give u more buds then not? why would smaller lights be better for a scrog, and are my lights in my grow space really considered small? it's only like 1.5 square ft area...

hi vindiesel...yes indeed!!! ...scrog require daily operation to put down all branches for bring uniformity on ur screen and regulate the place of all bud sites are forming..
it's clear that a small light source have few potency compared to a big light...
so ..with scrog u can help every bud sites to grab as much light as possible...
....elementary WATSON,,,ehehehehehehe.(this work is turn the favor on expanding yield so much)..

so maybe i should do it. i never grew before... i guess the idea of a scrog is alittle intimidating to me...
basically though all i need to do is tie branches down to side of pot while growing, and then when those branches get long enough, i bend them through scrog, right???
