First grow, need help with seedling

This is my first grow, I'm using perlite hempy cups under a t5, one of my seedlings is droopy and 2 of the leaves are twisting. Any help would be great.

Maybe too wet or too hot.

doesn't look too droopy or twisty to me. I wouldn't change anything. Keep an eye on them, but honestly, they look pretty healthy to me.

What are you feeding with and at what pH?

Are you keeping the lil reservoir at the bottom from drying out?

DUDE!!!!!! I just did the same friggin thing! I thought I was constantly over watering them as their leaves cupped down and everything I read made me think thats what I was doing. I was watering everyother day in the perlite hempy cups when they were that small and I realized they need water EVERYDAY in 100% perlite hempy cups, the perlite holds almost no water. Once i increased to watering everyday they started to take off.

It's basically running 100% perlite drain to waste. It's best to keep the medium moist.

PH is very important since they is nothing at all to buffer it like soil. Make sure the ph of your water is 5.8. If your not adding nutes, you should start.

1st week: 50-100ppm
2nd week:200ppm
3rd week:400ppm
Slowly increase to about 500-1000ppm in veg after this, increase slowly and let your plants tell you what they need or what they don't.
