How long has this problem been going on?..... About 2 weeks
What system are you running? (DWC? Ebb flow? Aero? Water Farm? Flood Tables? and so on...).....It will be ebb and flow. I was trying to fix my problem before I started it up. Right now i am hand watering in a 60/40 hydroton/coco mix. They're in 3in(I think) square pots
What STRAIN are you growing?....Northern Lights and a couple of Sweet Nightmare
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?)...Seed
What is the age of your plants?....4 weeks and 3 days
How tall are the plants?.....6-10in.
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?....veg
What Technique are you using? ...Obviously not the right ones!
What substrate/medium are you using?(Hydroton, RockWool etc.)....60/40 clay/coco
What is the Water temperature?N/A..well its around 65
What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy?...nice and white and fuzy
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each if using multiple?...Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow and pretty much all of the additives that are with the 2+ program. I don't use all the stuff every time either. Usually it has just been the base nutes plus some Magical...because I thought that was the problem.
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using?....Started at 250 then 350, 450, 600. I did just give them a ppm of 730 2 nights ago..so I could know for sure if they were under fed or not. I think that it burnt them a bit on the new growth(but I'm not sure at all. I did it because I was waiting for my approval from the mods.
What is the pH of the "Tank"?....was 5.6, but then I saw the prob and raised it to 6.0-6.2
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment?....Yes checked it twice
When was your last watering?...from those pics, I think that morning(they're a day old)
When was your last feeding change? (ie. grow-bloom-micro-additional)...No change yet
How often do you clean your system: example: Flush out water replace with clean water and nutrients?....I've flushed twice. They were fed early in the day the pics were taken(evening)
What size bulb are you using?....2 ft. T5
What is the distance to the canopy?....A couple of inches
What is your RH Factor(Relative Humidity)?40%-60%
What is the canopy temperature?....78
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include flucutaion range)....74-79day 64-68night
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)...1 floor fan by the intake, 1 ocilating fan on the wall, 1 270cfm can fan with a can 33 filter
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?...no indirectly
Is your water HARD or SOFT?....A little hard 130-140ppm
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?....tap
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched....I pruned the bottom 2 sets of leavse on all but a couple of the plants because they were yellow and dead I have a couple of pics of them. I can post if I need to). However the rest will probably be taken off tonight
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When?...NO!!!
Are plant's infected with pest's...No
Whew..that took a while to fill out! I have a few more pics in my gallery, plus a few of the grow room. I'm pretty sure some of the damage is from nute burn, but not all of it. It seemed to start at the tips and work its way around the leaf edges. Then the leaf begins to look blotchy, and it eventually turns yellow from the tip upwards. Then dead patches spread from the "burnt" looking edges. I am more than happy to give any additional info...Anything to cure my babies. Thanks so much for any help
