Well, I am sure I should have read the rules first, but here is my smoke report on my grow Big Bud from AMS.
I had your typical problems with my first grow, but it was fun and exciting. The BB really took off in veg and then made some big giant buds. No where near as big as you veterans, but I am conditionally happy with my yield.
One of the problems I had was that my containers were too small. I think yeild was sacreficed as a result. I have trippled my container size for next grow.
I had a little trouble understanding the maturity of the buds, as it was my first grow. I know much better now, but feel that I may have harvested some of the bud early. With that said, the properly cured buds tasted nice and sensi tasting. It was a heavy kind of hashy taste with fresh sensi taste. Smoking from a joint I would get a bit of a cough on exhail, but not too bad.
The high was a little on the up side, and that may be due to my early harvest.
I have some buds I wanted to seed in my bathroom so they matured much more, and smell nicer. I picked a couple of 4 inch or so buds off of the female in the bathroom and have them curing separately than the rest of that harvest. I think the bathroom stuff will be even stonier.
I have cloned this bb like crazy and I am still trying to make seeds. I think all and all the AMS bb was a good deal and I am glad I got it. I believe the THC content was under rated and the possibly the production was overated, but that may be fixed next grow. I am going to have a sea of green with 2 foot high mother type reveg plants on the edges. My yeild should increase by 400% next time. (my total first harvest was 3 ounces of dried bud, a few grams of bubble hash, and about two grams of BHO. I am here to tell you that BHO kicked my ass sideways. One hit, no cough, just chinese eyes shortly after the exhail, followed by a couple hours of couch lock. My face even felt funny and stuff because I was so high. That shit is really something.
