First Auto Grow,Nirvana Short Rider

After the first grow ww , i decided to grow Nirvana short ryder auto/fem, b/c time and space limitations, ignoring many negative posts about it.


10 strains directly planted into 8 litres pots ,also final pots.One of them died after 2 days, there are 9 plants currently and 5 are on the way .


Ligthing period : 18/6


Feeding with bio-bizz root juice now and bio-bloom is ready for flowering.


Today I realized that the light is too far from plants ,about 70 cm, so lowered it to 40cm. BTW temperature problem is appearing .While the lights off at night , it decreases to 4-5 C , when lights are on it is 24-25 C , there is a huge difference , do you think plants survive in this way?

Pics are taken today which is 15th day from seedling, shortest one 8 , tallest one 13 cm

Any advices and comments are welcomed

Hey.

What lights are you using? Sound good that you have lowered them to get closer to the plants but maybe you could go even closer, but all depends on what lights you are using.

When it comes to the temperatures its not ideal, but I cant see that it would hurt the plant that much. It will probably slow the groth down a bit but if you are worried about it the just go 20/4 in stead of 18/6. That is if the Shortrider is a true auto and will flower on that light regime. There has been some mixed reviews about Nirvanas autos but i couldnt say, never tried them.

Yo Krc! Hope you have a good grow with this; I've been interested in the short ryder myself and would love to see you have a great grow. The seeds are so affordable that it's worth a shot.

Grew Nirvana's Auto NL, Auto Bubblelicious, Auto Jock Horror outdoors last summer, I was not impressed. Took longer than my non-auto strains and had problems with mold.

Any ideas about why the leaves are folding ? like yellowing a bit also , i couldn't figure out if it is underwatering or overwatering . may be a P deficency ?

Max amount is 2 litres of water for nine plants that i feed till now -every 2 days- not since seedling sure,just for last 2-3 watering.Because of the grow room is quite cold(5-10 C at night,heater is off currently) , soil is always wet whenever i check, it makes me hesitate.

BTW I'm givin 1 ml/L biobizz rootjuice.

Good news

Today is 20th day and one of the plants showed sex, yeap it's female ,
I think i'm very lucky with nirvana's strains ,they seem to be true autos , hope rest of the plants show sex in a few days

any advices appreciated

BTW there's homemade co2 generator and yesterday i turned the fan off , i've read somewhere turning of fan at nights while generating co2 causes fungus , is that true ?
