"Fire" is a term some peeps use as potent bud, as far as I know there is no strain called "Fire".

You know..I never though I'd say this, but I prefer the term "fire" over some made up strain name. At least they're just talking of the quality, as opposed to telling you what genes it has. Either way, I've usually only had "schwag" that was "fire". Generally any kind bud I got was "chronic" or "dank". But for $40/oz of "fire" schwag, I'll bite.

Although, in my town, schwag that hasn't sat in plastic for a year can be known and sold as middies. As in, 20 bucks for 2.7g. I think the schwag Canada has could be $50 1/8 here. And everyone would rave, "oh man, have you had the FIRE yet???"
I'm getting some genetics. Schwag is not for consumption OR production.

Yeah...vaping schwag isn't too bad, and I also have found myself enjoying schwag in a hookah(I'll be honest..I'm down to smoke the schwaggiest schwag for the most part). But yeah...shwag was always sold as "fire" if it was better than usual I guess. Generally still bricked up & stuff.
I know Peter Tosh mentions Fire in Bukkin-Ham Palace, so I believe it is just a term for quality herb, or it's supposed to be anyways.

Its just another marketing scheme. Dank, dro, chronic, ice, etc. dealers are always trying to find a new 'hit' name to set their stuff apart from the rest of the crowd, when in fact its all the same shit.. and I know that because if it wasnt, its guaranteed they would use the actual strain name as opposed to some generic brand.. when was the last time someone sold OG Kush and called it fire or dro? I rest my case

no its not a marketing term, its a way to tell the level of potency, just as people say "this is bomb", same thing. "this is fire"
