finishing outdoor 4th of july!

ok i have a major problem and i need some advice from the pros, ive got a girl scout cookies, starlet kush and a criticalhog all with around 3 weeks left i live around the 45th parallel ,my question is is it possible to move em outside so they will finish or will they revegg? its not possible for me to finish inside right now and i dont wanna lose all the hard work thanks in advance for answers

maybe i can use hoops and tarpem after 12 hrs of daylight this seems like alot of extra work but may be an option
