You can consider growing in a big cardboard box This is what I did. More space than a PC box for sure. Very simple. Can be as stealthy as a PC box. Here two examples:

yea, but pc can stand below the desk, and it can even make a little noise (from fans) and nobody's thinking that there can be MJ grown inside just another working PC.

I plan on finding a lot of specifics, but if you have any links on hand as to soiling and basic wiring, that would be much appreciated.
Now on with the search. Thanks again for your help, I REALLY appreciate it. The more I familiarize my self with the setups, the more its turning from an idea to a reality.

If you're growing in soil, f**k rain water Soil is kinda stable basis for growing, even using liquid fertilizers. Fill a bottle of water, let it stay for 24 hours and... that's it. Chlorine would be "deactivated" (I don't know is it "disappearing" on air contact, or just it falls down to the bottom of the bottle). Warsaw water is chlorinated, because it comes from Wisła (Vistula), which isn't so clean, as it would be.
