Final watering

'Sup everybody. I'm in the final week of flowering for a few Hashberry and W'Widow and im giving them there final watering(s). Im gonna give them plain r/o water but im confused as to whether or not to add cal/mag to the water? I know not to give them any nutes but does the cal/mag count to? Or do i give them straight up r/o water (which reads 005 on my ppm pen). Any help would be much appreciated, ive gone to hell and back with my last few grows and this is my first 100% healthy grow and i dont wanna f**k things up now.

i just use plain water.
