Hi everyone, i've been told that if the humidity in my tent gets too high the carbon filter wont do it's job properly, if this is true, what humidity figures do i need to make sure the filter works properly, thanks.

Get 60% veg 30%rh flower stops bud rot, use a dehumidifier if necessary, always think big carbon filter smaller fan so 8"cf and 6" fan etc, always go for a 2" larger c/f than the fan you use and see if you can afford a twin fan speed controller and set temps to 27c,use the speed adjusters on controller if using a same size extract and intake fan, to set the extract at a slightly higher percentage than the intake to keep new air coming through. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SMS-COM-4...Bottle_Warmers_Coolers_LE&hash=item2c82508ea7

Also if you set the min speed to 30% on the fans it will reduce the humming of the fan at idle and make the bearings last longer.

Peace

I have read that you can go up to 80/90%.

About what Dank Demon said about the annoying humming just buy a digital fan controller it will get rid of this problem but digital fan controllers are pretty expensive.

I cant edit so sorry for this post.

About these controllers I have mentioned before these kind of controllers are frequency controlled.
