FFOF and dolomite lime....

I seen on ffof soil ingredience, they have Oyster Shells listed for PH Control...... so im guessing since there is no dolomite lime in the ingredience list.... it wouldn't hurt to add some dolomite lime.... What do you guys think?

Your definately right, you can still get a good ph drop below 6 in flower if you dont use dolomite.I use 1 tbls per gallon soil mix.

I never use any, and get great results. If you do a runoff test regularly you should notice that the ph stays about 6...

I agree with SKELETOR, and I use it for every grow, Fox Farm or not. It has wiped out several problems that can arrise due to soil deficiancies and ph problems.

Adding dolomite was when my results really took a turn for the better,of course I was using promix back then.Adding dolomite to fox farm sure doesnt hurt,it helps keep the ph up in flower and supplies mag and calcium.I'm sure plants grow fine without it,I bet if you used it though you'd see a difference
