I thought I would dedicate my 50th post to something I probably cannot live without. Una Fetucinni Al Fredo with Cannabis Butter! This can be changed a bit to your liking and some things can be changed to save on calories like the whole whipping cream.
To begin we will take a half stick of already made cannabis butter. I use roughly 14 grams of bud for 4 sticks or 1 lb of real 100% pure organic butter unsalted. Bring to boil in water with ground buds once all is melted I simmer for 5 minutes run through a fine strainer that lets the butter through but holds most of the bud, then put in refrigerator. I wait until the butter reforms on top of the water and remove. You can stop there or warm in up in the new container without the water to bring it to the bottom of your container like butter from the store. Leaving it out for a few hours might suffice depending on the temperature.
On to the Fetucinne Al Fredo. Make 1 lb Fetucinni and strain out water. In saucepan, ad 1 stick cannabis butter or 1/4 lb. Heat on medium low until liquified. Add 1 pint of whole whipping cream and bring heat up to medium. Stir occasionally. When it appears to be about to boil add 6 ounces of finely grated italian cheese preferably parmasean or a blend. Stir in and wait for cheese to combine with mixture completely. Reduce heat to low and continue to stir. Once reduced serve over Fetucinni and add extra grated cheese.
