Fertilizer questions

Okay, so asked this in the Fertilizer section to no avail. I got the Neptune's Harvest Fish & seaweed and was told to start foliar fertilizing at the 1 1/2 month mark. They're only one month old now, but can I foliar feed every week?

Also, I'm currently at a Tablespoon per gallon of water ratio. Can I up the dosage? I've heard about people giving 1-2 cups per cubic ft.

Why do you WANT or NEED to foliar feed every week? Why not just provide good conditions and let the plant grow?

can start feeding at about 4 internode stage but generally less is more. Don't overdo it, max 250 - 300ppm is adequate until you take cuttings. Like ibjamming says - let the plant do the work
