Hi, I currently have some c99 plants that are now reaching week 10 of flower and still dont appear filled out. I was just wondering if this seems right as most people quote 8-9 week flowering times.
in my view they are regular looking. maybe a little late but they are ready now..
i had c99 finishing in 8 weeks but not every pheno was that fast.
9 weeks is common, and yours resembles mosca c99 bx i grew.
nothing to worry about in my opinion.
its hard to find real c99 phenos that packs a punch with a tropical fruit aroma. i had luck with a f4 project. until then every other c99 i got was a bit skinny and low potency.
I'm growing f/s c99 at moment,in fact they're 6 weeks in 12/12 today.you seem to have done much better than me. I'm not new to growing but I've found this strain problematic. yours look done to me chap. One of mine from the moment it popped out its first set of deformed leaves I knew was going to be a pain. It's stretched from 12 inch to 3 1/2 ft in flower . Every time I feed it ,it burns the leaves no matter how weak the solution is. On the bright side it's looking like it will be done in 2 weeks max but only gonna get an oz tops. It's smells really fruity like mangoes or rotting pineapple. I had one go hermie 2-3 weeks in. The other 2 look great, they are more similar to yours going by pics. They're nearly identical and both stink of grapefruit. I cannot smell any weed smell at all when I open the tent, just fruit salad. again tho I've found this strain hardwork not like my last run of thseeds fem bubblegum. All 5 seeds winners,I even had to give one away because I got cramped. But off the 4 plants I kept I had just over 10 oz of banging bud from my 600w . Its probably something I've done wrong with c99 why I've done so rubbish this time but never had a hermie before so that was an experience lol. Good show on yours though fella. Flush and chop
C99 take a long time to mature...and far longer than breeder proclaims. Although I really liked the Female Seeds C99, because of the long waiting (9+ weeks after first sign of bud structure/hairs), outdoors it was not feasable. Said mid September(report on website)....ours went into mid-October!
"The C’99 is the holy grail of the cannabis strains. As she resembles the high and the taste of an exceptional sweet landrace sativa, which normally takes half a year to flower. But the C99 flowers in 7 - 8 weeks. On top of that the buds are quite sugared.
lowering Time Indoor: 56 - 60 days (~58 days)
Yield / Quantity Indoor: The crop of this strain is very high.
General Impression Indoor: is all together extremely good and very recommendable.
Harvest Time Outdoor: Middle of September in CmShβ" [hot, thermal season, 8- 12 hr daylight, regions with temperate fluctuation].
What do you have lights on now? Indoors, perhaps reduce light hours on to accelerate finishing to 12 hrs. When growing indoors, it depended on strain according to light hrs. used. 12-13 for sativa, 11- 10.5 for indica
