Looks to me like there is more going on than being rootbound. The younger parts seem to be most affected so I would imagine it's a micronutrient lockout. Twisted growth, makes me think it could be a pH issue. And/or overwatering. Did you check the pH?

Twisted growth was me overwatering bro she’s grew up and corrected , I fed her 2 litres when feeding back one back from dry and put some on base she was not happy as such

I have since found she is root bound as when digging to get a ph sample from middle I can’t get my fingers in surface I had to rip roots , ph was 6.8 so for a dry medium not overly bad an hour passed and 6.7 same sample so high but not out

roots all white and a lot of fresh worm cast n this soil it’s only 2 week old they are just aggressive as fook rooted

will dropping her in the swick bed with water increase her stretch foot room ? They root out into them fast ?

also I can’t repot for room and weight on ceiling but I could get away topping the pots up to the top with 15 litres or so ? Would that class as more room also ? Or is this not going to be the same as a repot ?

option 3 cut base of fabric pot off and drop them ontop of a 15l flexi Bucket but that seems a bit of a faf
