Feedback requested on Sketchup design

I've been using a modified closet for growing, but after three males and several other issues, I decided to design and build a growroom from plywood. Due to space constraints, external dimensions are limited to 78cm wide, 52cm deep and 175cm tall. Below is my current sketchup model:

The main grow area is the left area, about 45cmx52cm in size, allowing for one plant - though the light would be at a fixed position, I'd just pile stuff under the plant to raise it closer to the lamp. The small area on the right below the filter would be for holding a couple of clones. The upper areas are for storing stuff and to make the closet flush with my existing furniture.

I'm growing in soil + HESI nutrients with a 250W HPS lamp+cooltube. Intake holes are located at the very bottom part of the closet (four for the flowering area, one for the clones) with exhaust provided by a 175 cbm/h fan connected to a matched carbon filter. All bends in the piping use two 90-degree bends to trap light. I'm also going to pad the inline fan with something to try to bring noise level down. All electronics go in the uppermost areas.

My questions:

1) General feedback - any obvious flaws in the desing?
2) The location of the carbon filter somewhat concerns me, but I suppose it shouldn't cause any significant issues?
3) Is it feasible/possible to keep clones for the eight or so weeks while the main plant flowers, transplant one or two once I harvest and again grab new clones just before switching light periods?

I would move the filter up one notch in the next cupboard up from where you have it. You want to remove the air in the flowering area that is the warmest, which would be higher than where you have it. It would necessitate shorter travel for removing the warmer air. While you digest that, I would also put the exhaust straight up from there so you don't have as many bends in the travel towards the outside, as that would maximize your fan as much as possible.

how bout moving the air filter and fan to the top above your lighting, that will shorten the run of ducting and give it a quicker exhaust. PLUS you will have double the grow space?

Damn man! Nice looking design so far.

Looks like you've been looking around these forums quite a bit. I see a few problems with the design. 1, how're you getting ventilation to the veg chamber? 2, doesn't it seem like you're wasting a bit of space? Before I go further, I guess I'll just come out with it: I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of editing your design.

It allows for quite a bit more height and wattage in your veg chamber and still allows you to use one blower to get the job done:

Thanks for the feedback! I had some measurements wrong (radius!=diameter) and heeded some suggestions, here's a redesign:

I've moved the filter to above and slightly to the rear of the cooltube - I'll have to some some trickery with the air tubing and install the fan at a weird angle to miminize wasted space, but hey, whatever works (I hope)! The five holes in the floor are connected to the back of the closet for the air intake and I've also shortened the air exhaust, though once I get assembling I'll have to experiment as to how many bends are needed to completely eliminate light leakage.
