I saw this and it had me a little worried. I get all of my water for my outdoor from federally managed water.

It's got to rain to collect anything from them. The entire state of cali and most of the west cvoast is in a serious drought situation.

Not that a barrel of rain is going to do much for some of giant weed gardens they got out there.

when you don't have a democracy, but believe you do, anything can happen.. Amurica has over 1000 miltary bases around the world so i think they can find the time to impose some of that fascism at home..

there is a very intense 'war' going on for the little water that is available, amongst federally legal farming, wine, etc, industries. politicians are being lobbied, demands are being made. the feds are not going to allow 'legal' weed growers to consume water that they control. just aint gonna happen. not in the current situation.
